Stylized in a similar fashion as the original “Black Toe” colorway of Michael Jordan’s first signature sneaker, the pair boasts a rose hue that hasn’t historically appeared across many retreat the toe box, ankle panels and lower heel overlays. And while the “Atmosphere” tone would be enough for the Air Jordan 1‘s upcoming release to garner a “Bubble Gum” moniker, it plays a supporting role to the gum-like graphic printed on the outsoles. Hits of “Obsidian” throughout the upper help deliver further modern-flair, while creating a women’s-exclusive offering not overly-reliant on colors and makeovers traditionally associated with the feminine.
