Premium materials and special packaging justify the mark-up.

Air Jordan 1 High ’85 “Bred” To Retail For $250

We have good and bad news about the Air Jordan 1 High 85 “Bred” releasing February 2025. Starting on the bright side, the shoes will feature premium materials and special packaging, likely similar to that of the original 1985 box and add-ons. The bad news; according to @brandon1an on X, the shoes will retail for a whopping $250, putting them out-of-range for a decent segment of would-be buyers.

Given what we now know about the shoe’s price and premium materials, we can deduce that the release will likely be more limited in comparison to other returning hits like the Jordan 4 Military Blue or Jordan 3 Black Cement, both of which have and/or will be produced in massive quantities. It’s no secret that the Jordan 1 will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2025, and while consumer demand for the AJ1 has cooled significantly in recent years, it’s possible Jordan Brand is trying to re-ignite discourse with a hard-to-get pair.

In any case, if quality control expectations weren’t high already, this latest development sends them through the roof. No images have been revealed at the time of this writing, not that you can judge materials off pictures alone, but stick with us while we provide further updates and in-hand looks as we creep closer to a release.

The Jordan 1 High 85 “Bred” is still set to drop February 14th, 2025 via Nike SNKRS, jumpstarting an action-packed year for Mike’s first signature.
