Update: This Reebok Question Mid could be inspired by Iverson’s 2002 All-Star Game jersey. He wore the same home Sixers jersey, but with the number 6.

At first glance, these look like another basic (yet refreshingly clean) colorway of the Reebok Question Mid, a silhouette that stands to hold its own in 2022’s retro footwear market. Upon closer inspection, these might be one of the more inspiring concepts we’ve seen yet. Dressed in a white, red, and gold, this Question is a perfect nod to Sixers fandom, but these are actually a dope tribute to fellow Sixers legend Julius Erving.

Dr. J was a human highlight reel for the Philadelphia franchise as well as the Nets, none as memorable as the under-the-basket scoop lay-up that few (if any) have emulated on court. Reebok honors the Hall-Of-Famer by emblazoning the heels with the number 6, while a caricature of Iverson’s infamous SLAM Magazine cover from 1999 appears on the insole.

A firm release date has yet to be revealed, but you can expect these to arrive on Reebok.com in the coming months.
