Bo Jackson’s Nike Air Trainer SC Gets A Kansas City Royals Uniform

After the Chiefs were sent home by Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals, it’s certainly not a good time to be a Kansas City sports fan at the moment. But dust yourself off, get a few rounds in on the mechanical bull, and enjoy yourself because Nike is dropping Bo Jackson’s Air Trainer SC inspired by the baseball team that he played for. While we’ve seen the Raiders and Auburn Tigers make their way onto this all-purpose Trainer, Nike finally blesses the early 1990s model with that throwback powder blue and royal, injecting some good spirits for the sports fans of Missouri.

Further solidifying the baseball theme is the detail seen on the shoelaces, a clear nod to the stitch-work seen on baseballs. It would’ve been an added bonus if Nike placed some type of Royals signage, but instead, they’re letting the fans connect the dots.

A release date is known yet, but you can expect this Nike Air Trainer SC at Nike.com and retailers soon.
