The Air Jordan 1 Mid has become a coveted silhouette over the last three years. And while the NIKE, Inc. conglomerate continues to pump out styles in adult sizing, it hasn’t lost sight of the kids.

Recently, the mid-top trim of Michael Jordan’s first signature sneaker appeared in a spring-ready ensemble complete with crafty details. For starters, a predominantly “White” color palette across the pair’s upper and sole unit allows for the hits of green, red and orange to revel in the spotlight. Quarter, lower heel and ankle overlays on the Jordan 1-variant feature traditional stitching and a colorful knit reinforcement; underlays around the collar also indulge in a knit build that delivers a refreshing take on Peter Moore’s 37-year-old design. Furthermore, the retro includes a playful bead dubrae at the base of the tongue spelling out “JORDAN” to round out the “handmade” aesthetic.

Enjoy official images of the kid’s pair ahead, and anticipate a Nike.com launch before summer ends.

For confirmed Jordan release dates, check out the Air Jordan 13 “Del Sol” arriving on March 19th.
