Sneaker News 2022 is clearly the year of the Air Jordan 2, but it wouldn’t be complete with a re-issue of an original colorway. Releasing in October 2022 is the Air Jordan 2 in the white/varsity red/black colorway, complete with OG specifications that include a vintage style shoebox packaging, booklet, and hangtags. The photos pictured here are of a past release and are not an indication of the actual release product.
This news doesn’t arrive as a major surprise, with many Air Jordan 2s already in the process of releasing this year. This includes collaborations with Union Los Angeles, Maison Château Rouge, and J Balvin, as well as newer concepts like the “Responsibility” pair.
