Thanks to Teddy Santis and the Aimé Leon Dore brand, the New Balance 550 has become a household name in a mere two years. He delivered four iterations of the model with a simple formula: white leather, cream-tinted soles, and a basic accent colorway that aligns with his seasonal clothing. Since then, the 550 has been one of the most requested and studied shoes on the ‘net, and finally, New Balance has a GR coming that just might be the one we’ve all been looking for.
