Michael Le Colorway is not the only reason for the Nike Dunk‘s extensive breadth. Materials, too, have helped refresh the formula, from acid wash denim to cracked leathers. And for the silhouette’s latest appearance — atop its high-top trim, mind you — the brand is bringing perforated leathers and vibrant orange Swooshes to the table.
The pops of color rather standard aesthetically, as they dress conventional iterations of the Swoosh and tongue label. Also standard is the tumbled base, whose white finish matches the equally ordinary laces, tongue, and midsole. Off-white shades, though, mark the outsole as well as the overlays, the latter of which features the above-mentioned perforated texture.
