The “Nike Sun Club” collection is quickly becoming one of the brand’s most extensive of the last year. Recently, the warm weather-inspired lineup introduced another Nike Air Force 1 Low.
Akin to the silhouette’s most popular colorway, most of the shoe indulges in a clean “colorless” look. Fabric at the upper heel and shark fin-stylized, cutout swooshes, however, quickly place the low-top Air Force 1 into a special category, modifying Bruce Kilgore’s 1982 design. In addition to the playful sidewall logos, the shoes feature “NIKE SUN CLUB” messaging on the tongue labels, which replaces standard “NIKE AIR” text. Underfoot, the kid’s option doesn’t deviate much in color palette from the upper, but its made-for-basketball sole unit boasts partly-recycled materials, as determined by both the swoosh wheel logos printed on the sock-liners and the midsole’s speckled styling.
Enjoy official images of the sneakers ahead, and anticipate a Nike.com launch before summer ends in both adult and GS sizes.
In related sneaker news, the Air Max 97 is set to arrive in anniversary-celebrating styles before 2022 concludes.
