Nike Air Force 1 Mid LX Covered In Exotic Skins

Nike Air Force 1 Mid LX Covered In Exotic Skins

The strategy behind the slow and steady rise of the Air Force 1 Mid has consisted of three key initiatives: retro, collaborations, and new concepts. On the retro front, we just saw the re-issue of the Air Force 1 Mid Jewel “Independence Day” recently, while the collaborative front includes the likes of Stussy. Exploring new colorways and styles is the Air Force 1 Mid LX, seen here in exotic reptile materials and a multi-colored and multi-patterned array on the tongue and insoles.

This full leather construction is textured to appear like exotic croc-skin materials, while white contrast stitching further supplies a hand-crafted luxury leather good look. The ankle straps feature a bold banner of “Air Force 1 Since 1982”, while the “Anniversary Edition” cursive appears on the tongue label. The tongue and insoles further tell the story as we see a mix of patterns and colors that speak to the versatility of AF1.

These are currently available for purchase on Nike Korea’s website, but stay tuned for these to hit stateside soon for roughly $130.
