Michael Le Now that we’re practically halfway into 2022, an update to the Nike Air VaporMax 2021 Flyknit is seeming very unlikely. And as Nike moves on to newer silhouettes and more innovative projects, the bubble-soled runner is left to persist with an on-going stream of GR colorways.
Here, the Big Kids are receiving some much-needed attention. Exclusive to the younger crowd, this pair incorporates loud hits of “Photo Blue” atop certain parts of the upper: the Swoosh, eye stays, and the detailing around the blacked-out heel piece. The latter is complemented by a number of adjacent features, including the Flyknit itself, whose white-dominant base is accented with black threads all throughout.
Affixed with Grind rubbers, this VaporMax 2021 is available right now at $190 USD via Nike.com.
