Sneaker News If you attended the DONDA 2 listening experience that took place in Miami earlier this year in February, you might’ve been lucky enough to cop an early pair of the Yeezy Foam Runner “Onyx” as well as the Yeezy Slides in the same colorway. If you were one of the many that didn’t make it down to SoFla, not to worry – the YEEZY brand is dropping the popular slip-on clog on June 8th.
Continuing a string of popular “Onyx” releases, the Yeezy Foam Runner is flooded in the dark graphite grey, covering the entirety of the made-from-recycled-algae foam. It’s not quite a true black like we’ve seen in the Core Black or Vanta releases, but that could largely be due to the material itself being unable to capture that tint. In any case, all-black Yeezys are always a hit, and on the Foam Runner, it’s downright a must-have.
This latest colorway of the Yeezy Foam Runner is set to release at YEEZY retailers globally this Wednesday, June 8th for $90. See the store list ahead and enter raffles ahead of the scheduled drop.
