Over the course of its 37-year history, the Nike Dunk High has accomplished a lot, both on its own and through collaboration. Recently, the late Peter Moore’s design appeared in a mix of pinks as part of the “Hoops Pack” lineup.
Accompanied by more modern Nike Basketball propositions, the latest take on the Air Jordan 1-like opts for an eye-catching medley of rose hues, abandoning the predominantly “Black” and “White ensembles that’ve taken over other offerings. Hairy suede base layers are set the stage for standard leather panels around the toe, along the tongue and across the heel, with profile swooshes breaking up the summer-friendly ensemble. “Hoops Pack”-specific branding on the tongue label and sock-liner forgoes its signature “Total Orange” flair in favor of a pink look that suggests the latest Nike Dunk is a women’s-exclusive. Nevertheless, midsoles opt for an off-white finish that inject a “vintage” touch to the classic from 1985.
Enjoy official images of the pair ahead, and anticipate a Nike SNKRS launch before summer ends.
