Sneaker News With the All-Star Game and Trade Deadline now behind us, the most important weeks of the MLB season now await as Division rivals continue to ramp up the competition. This puts the Air Griffey Max 1 drops at center stage, and Nike is ready to present the re-issue in a USA-friendly colorway.
This upcoming release utilizes that All-American pairing of navy blue and red, achieving a USA-themed look alongside a black suede overlay. While recently revealed Griffeys showed an official connection to the cities of Los Angeles and San Francisco, this colorway could be attached to any number of teams such as the Nationals, Rangers, Braves, and more.
Nike.com will launch this colorway for $170 soon; see the official images ahead and stay tuned.
