Heralded for its inclusion of the hallmark “NIKE AIR” back tab branding for the first time in 34 years, the iconic “Fire Red” Air Jordan 3 is releasing tomorrow, September 10th.

While the Black and White Cement renditions have traditionally received the most acclaim, the titular crimson colorway dominantly rode with Jordan throughout the 1987-88 season in a year was filled with accolades; winning the dunk contest, All-Star game MVP, the steals and scoring title and the Defensive Player of the Year award before finishing it all off with the regular season MVP award.

MJ’s excellence and long-standing history seeps through the staple elephant print foxing and tumbled white leather of the upper while the Chicago Bulls synonymous red hue presents highlighted accents throughout.

With an accompanying retail price of $210, pairs will be available for purchase tomorrow via one of the shopping links below. In the meantime, enjoy official images of the latest Jordan 3 offering expected in full family sizes.

In other Jordan Brand news, Travis Scott and Jumpman may have an Air Jordan 7 silhouette on the way.
