Jared Ebanks From Jackie Robinson to Thurgood Marshall to James Brown, Chadwick Boseman’s legacy lives on not only in his larger-than-life portrayals, but most notably in the spirit of Marvel’s first Black superhero. While a dry eye will be hard to come by once Marvel’s Black Panther II hits theaters in November, Ryan Coogler’s upcoming sequel won’t be the only medium paying tribute to the values and morals T’Challa and subsequently Boseman stood for. Accompanying their well-established Black Panther collection, The Three Stripes is adding Patrick Mahomes’ signature football trainer to its Wakandan-inspired troupe.

And in a lasting homage to the lining of Erik Killmonger’s patterned suit, luminous golden hues emanate from the midfoots Three Stripes and adjacent tongue logo.
