The Air Jordan 1 Elevate Joins The Exploration Unit

The Air Jordan 1 Elevate Joins The Exploration Unit

After The Swooshes “Moving Co.” collection graced both high and low cuts of the Air Force 1, Jordan Brand is installing its own in-line collection featuring the exploration of astronomy. Debuting via the Air Jordan 1 Mid, the Jordan Exploration Unit is now harkening the women’s-exclusive Air Jordan 1 Elevate for its latest installation.

Sitting atop a raised cream-colored sole unit, crisp white leather underlays presiding on the perforated vamp and midfoot are accented by light grey overlays finished in suede. Continuing the greyscale arrangement, a Smoke Grey hue bears the quarter and its eye stays while its heel proffers a metallic 3D graphic below an abstract winged insignia devoid of any line work. Introducing the models’ namesake, a global holographic logo fit with a white Jumpman appears on the tongue in a titular Sky Blue while the debossed Swooshes fill in the established shade accompanied by a wormhole graphic. Concluding the interstellar aesthetic, burgundy nubuck coats the sock liner and tongue trim.
