Following the unexpected passing of Virgil Abloh, Nike has remained ridiculously selective when choosing to pull out the collaborative designs the late Off-White founder had stocked full in his archives. Having been a little over a month since the release of the neon green “Brooklyn” offering of the Nike Air Force 1 Low, The Swooshes next drop in conjunction with the Milan cohort has been revealed via leaked imagery.
Debuting the first silhouette fully constructed from scratch by the late designer and architect, the Off-White x Nike Air Terra Forma employs synonymous collab inclusions such as a DIY Swoosh and spiked tread inspired by the brand’s slate of performance racing models. Fusing the aforementioned construction with the premium aesthetics of LV boots, the mid-top model employs light grey suede overlays across its upper, coming color-matched along the laces while its pull tabs and mudguard render a contrasting white shade. Bearing its tongue with a jet-black zipper shroud, the rubber tongue and mesh sock liner proffers a titular use of “Royal Blue” affixed with warped “Off-White” text.
Underfoot, the model is injected with a multi-color composition across its midsole while the spiked tread concludes with a dark grey outfit holding “TREAD LIGHTLY” along its outsoles.
Expected to release within the coming months, enjoy a first look at the Off-White x Nike Air Terra Forma below in the meantime.
