Nike’s “The Future Is Equal” collection — which was introduced earlier this week by way of the Dunk Low — is but another means of manifesting a better, more inclusive future. And to further spread the word, the brand is expanding said pack’s depth with an Air Max 90.
Similar to its Peter Moore-designed counterpart, the Air Max 90 “The Future Is Equal” is constructed almost entirely out of a white canvas. The TPU overlays along the eye stays and heel, too, are colored the same, matching the finish of the adjacent laces, tongue, and lining. Even the sole unit is dressed light, albeit in “Sail” instead of the aforementioned neutral. Bright colors are only reserved for the collection-exclusive imagery, such as the mouth-shaped graphic across the heel and the “The Future Is Equal” text atop the sockliner.
