Dime Rejoins Reebok For A Blacked Out Take On The Workout Plus

feature image

Back in 2020, Montreal’s Dime teamed up with Reebok to poke fun at the restoration attempt of Ecce Homo, placing the botched portrait across the tongue of the BB4000. Now, just under two years later, the two are at it again, using the piece of “art” to decorate a two understated colorways of the Workout Plus.

Though similar in their branding and homage to Ecce Homo, the two colorways of the Dime x Reebok Workout Plus are near total opposites in their palette and construction. The white pair, alongside incorporating a gum bottom, is constructed almost entirely out of leather, while its blacked out counterpart opts for suede from the toe through to the heel. And thanks to this, the latter better highlights the silver finish of the various logos, such as the “Dime” dubrae and matching text across the side, tongue, and heel tab.

For a closer look at the upcoming Dime x Reebok Workout Plus, check out the official images below. According to Reebok’s overseas channels, these are scheduled to release on December 17th; a US launch is likely to arrive near the same date.

In other news, the Stussy Nike Air Penny 2 is confirmed to be releasing on December 16th.
