Jared Ebanks Jordan Brand’s upcoming Spring 2023 lineup has proffered an even mix of familiar, iconic casts while exploring a handful of disparate newcomers. Furthering his second signature silhouette’s collaborative and inline dominance from last year, the Beaverton brand’s luxurious Craft collection is setting down on the Air Jordan 2, now seen in official imagery.
Near identical to its mock-up constructed this past summer – save its seldom “Sunset Haze” lining – a dominant employment of “Sail” boats across the buttery smooth, tumbled leather upper, collar and tongue construction. Setting the stage for a slightly darker contrast along the tongue, sock liner and embossed winged insignia, “Desert” tones envelop the reptile-textured midfoot panel in tandem with its adjacently placed ridged heel counter, furthering the tonal composition set forth. Coordinating the high-end tooling of the upper with the aesthetic of an aged sole unit underfoot, ever so light peach and grey hues anchor the tread while vibrant red insole branding concludes the pair in a hidden away fashion.
