The adidas Crazy IIInfinity Is A Modern Successor To The Crazy 1

The adidas Crazy IIInfinity Is A Modern Successor To The Crazy 1

Before he went on to the Swoosh, the late Kobe Bryant proudly wore the Three Stripes. And in 2000, adidas introduced what would eventually become the Crazy 1, which they brought back for yet another time last year. Following countless appearances — from the return of past releases to the debut of new colorways — said silhouette is to see a contemporary successor in the Crazy IIInfinity, which headlines the German Sportswear brand’s 2023 line-up.

Previewed during All-Star Weekend at the “Remember The Why” activation in Salt Lake City, the Crazy IIInfinity builds upon the design language of its predecessor. The cues borrowed from the Audi TT roadster are still very much evident across the upper, albeit marginally sleeker in profile, slightly rounded across the toe, and accompanied by a number of modern touches such as the zipper’d shroud.

The adidas Crazy IIInfinity is slated to release later in 2023, doing so in a number of colorways. For a look at what’s on the way, see below.

In other news, the Nike Kobe 4 Protro Gigi is set to arrive on May 1st.
