Michael Le A Ma Maniére thinks beyond product with every collaborative offering, their work with Jordan Brand as rich in narrative as it is in design. And in honor of the release of their Air Jordan 12 — which lands tomorrow in “Black” — the boutique weaves a story that further honors the perseverance of black women.
Following an official announcement earlier in February, official images of the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 12 “White” have finally surfaced. First released via raffles online as well as on their Discord server, the collaboration is bleeding its way into the following month, making a final appearance on March 2nd.
In terms of design, both iterations of the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 12 share a similar, luxurious approach. The “White” pair, however, opts for a slightly more robust construction, with tumbled leathers taking on the lighter neutral. Mudguards, which are done up in suede, establishes a throughline in their deep, burgundy finish, as does the co-branded hardware, tongues, and insoles.
