Jared Ebanks In line with the brand’s recent theme of applying iconic color blockings to different retro propositions, the Air Jordan 6 dresses in a “Cool Grey” composition for its next release.
Dropping on Friday, the latest take on the silhouette that bore witness to Jordan’s first NBA Championship takes direct inspiration from the Air Jordan 11’s synonymous greyscale ensemble. While patent leathers aren’t applied, the Air Jordan 6’s synonymous nubuck construction touches down across the light grey base layer, mimicking the blocking of its heralded “Carmine” proposition. Complimented by bright white tumbled leathers encasing the upper’s overlays, the upper tongue, sock liner and heel’s pull tab dawn a darkened grey treatment while the model’s icy semi-translucent tread concludes the OG-infused aesthetic underfoot.
Currently available in men’s, grade school and toddler sizing for a retail price of $200, enjoy one last look at the Air Jordan 6 “Cool Grey” below alongside our accompanying store list to grab your pair.
