Jovani Hernandez English professional skater Mike Arnold is the latest rider to get an adidas Skateboarding collaboration.
Having joined the Three Stripes in 2019, the 30-something-year-old has given the court-informed Handball Top an update fit for the board. Clad in a dark, mostly-navy color palette, the reworked adidas Originals design features a speed-lacing system. Both the outdoors and ocean served as inspiration for Arnold’s joint-effort, which showcases his name on the tongue and lateral profile. Leather and suede materials come together across the adidas shoes’ upper, with sole units enjoying their standard rubber build. Unlike the Bristol-native, the latest Handball Top doesn’t take any risks. Instead, the sneaker enjoys a quiet look.
