Sneaker News Once an under-the-radar specialty among casual footwear fanatics in the late 2010s, the Zoom Vomero 5 has now become a household name as Nike has pushed out dozens of colorways in such a short span of time. Once a mid-distance running shoe, the Vomero 5 has seamlessly slid into rotations for those who get their steps in via city walks, but could we argue that the market is getting a bit oversaturated?
This latest colorway seems to touch on the current Vomero 5 trend of understated, muted, and low-key colors. That’s achieved by the all-white body, but things get a bit colorful (maybe too colorful) via the package of primary colors that accent the shoes. Red, blue, yellow, and green are used to mark minute details, but together, it’s giving Lego blocks.
