Coco Gauff’s New Balance COCO CG1 “Fuzzy Ace” Takes After A Tennis Ball

At just 14 years old, up-and-coming tennis phenom Coco Gauff was shocking the tennis ecosystem around the world and simultaneously in boardrooms, signing an endorsement deal with New Balance back in 2018. Four years and three WTA Tour singles titles later, the World’s #6 ranked Women’s Single tennis star received her first signature silhouette, which now dresses in a titular homage to the sport’s synonymous spherical wool ball.

Tooled in accordance with her unmistakable style, the latest signature ensemble dresses as an off-the-court expression with hairy suede panels coating a dominant majority of the upper’s real estate. Dyed in connection to the vibrant hue that surrounds a tennis ball, a neon “Hi-lite” consumes the near entirety of the ensemble’s 90s basketball inspiration. Illuminating the heel’s “N” logo in white, the remaining embellishments further coordinate the blinding aesthetic with collaborative graphics appearing on the medial side.

Scheduled to release tomorrow, March 31st, for a retail price of $170, enjoy official images of the New Balance COCO CG1 “Fuzzy Ace” below alongside our accompanying store list.
