Jared Ebanks Celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2023, Disney is commemorating the momentous feat in a myriad of ways, one of which will be by way of the iconic adidas Samba emblazoned with the motifs of both Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
Eliminating the use of any animal-based materials, the vegan-based silhouette originally tooled for the soccer pitch employs a pair for each of Disney’s most famed characters. Dipping both options in a clad “Cloud White” tint, the laces, leather lining and famous suede T-toe come further entrenched in the colorless association. While the aforementioned ensemble dominates a majority of the pair’s real estate, each pair is identifiable based on its chosen accent with Mickey’s pair contrasting the mid-foot Stripes in black while his monochrome graphic attributes the tongue. Minnie’s pair indulges in the same embellishments with the tone of her red bow while each of their gloved hands forms a heart at the medial side heel.
