We’re well-accustomed to basketball signatures, runners, and skate shoes, as brands and their collaborators are constantly offering up all three in droves. By comparison, cycling shoes are much less common, but that hasn’t stopped END Clothing from selecting the Velosamba for their latest collaborative effort with the Three Stripes.
Dubbed the “Social Cycling” pack, the latest capsule from END Clothing and adidas puts a spotlight on a relatively unsung hero: the Velosamba. The more cycling-adept sibling to the German sportswear brand’s indoor staple, the silhouette features two-bolt cleat compatibility underfoot as well as a reinforced midsole. And in addition to its existing function, the collaboration clothes the shoe in style and quality, its two colorways making use of a premium suede acquired from the Charles F. Stead tannery in Leeds. Finally, co-branded hits round out the shoe alongside a relatively hidden cycling motif and tri-colored stripes, the latter of which are either done up in coffee tones or shades of green.
The END Clothing x adidas “Social Cycling” Pack is slated to release on April 28th via END LAUNCHES. For a closer look at the two colorways, see below.
In other news, official images of the LeBron 20 Four Horsemen have surfaced.
