Laker fans should thank, not criticize, Dillon Brooks for awakening the Playoffs beast known as LeBron James. Now up 3-1 in the First Round series thanks to some late-game and OT heroics of LeBron James, Los Angeles is gaining some heavy momentum as the series returns to Memphis for a possible series-ending Game 5.

If you’re a fan of the gold and purple, Reebok just dropped their iconic The Blast silhouette in an appropriate colorway. It features a primary white leather base, while the Lakers yellow and purple combine for a base layer. Purple Hexalite cushioning appears through the visible window, while the miniature vector logo appears in matching colors.

However, this timely arrival could be seen as a tribute to Nick Van Exel, a former brand athlete that regularly wore The Blast in the mid-late 1990s.

This latest colorway of the Reebok The Blast is now available at select retailers and should be up on Reebok’s official site soon for $150.
