Jared Ebanks As previewed via a toddler-sized Air Jordan 4, the Jumpman banner is tapping a teddy bear aesthetic for its latest grade school-exclusive collection of footwear. Recently, the Bernstein Bear’s reminiscent palette stretched over to the Air Jordan 1 Mid.
Ostensibly darker in tone than its Tinker Hatfield design counterpart, a chocolatey “Cacao Wow” melts over the silhouette’s flat nubuck overlays while its suede-treated base layer comes cured in a dark caramel concoction. Dipping its mid-foot Swoosh and winged insignia in a light pastel yellow, the diversely tooled tonal ensemble is interjected by lively “Geode Teal” accents draped across the nylon collar, tongue tab and laces.
