The New Balance 998 “Grey/Silver” Releases On May 12th

The New Balance 998 “Grey/Silver” Releases On May 12th

Longtime fans of New Balance have been deprived of select silhouettes over the last several years. Enthusiasts of the NB 998, however, are being treated to a slew of new solo and collaborative efforts.

On May 12th, the New Balance 998 returns in a classic “Grey” and “Silver” color scheme. While not the inaugural style from 1993, the upcoming drop maintains the high-quality and comfort that made the sneaker a marquee performance running shoe 30 years ago. A touch of blue animates the heel area, while the lighter grey components at the vamp, mid-foot, and tongue introduce a cool finish into the mix. ABZORB cushioning underfoot make a direct callback to other projects in the NB 990 series with its grayscale arrangement.

Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead as you wait to secure your size via newbalance.com on May 12th. The NB 998 is priced at $185 USD.
