The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Vibrations of Naija” — officially referred to as the “Craft,” according to the brand’s Summer 2023 preview — is the signature’s last release of the season. And in anticipation of the launch later this month, retailers have shared a detailed look at the upcoming colorway.

Back in 2020, the Swoosh paid homage to Nigeria through the Nike Zoom Freak 2, Air Presto, and Air Max 95, applying bold patterns and a bright green colorway to all three. The Air Jordan 1 “Vibrations of Naija” opts for a much different artistic direction, one quite a bit more understated. Here, the leather fixtures are finished entirely in “Sail,” complementing the “Pale Vanilla” that paints not only the Wings logo but also the laces, outsole, and lining. Finally, the pair is rounded out with a unique, woven textile, which wraps the Swoosh as well as the collar.

In other news, the Air Jordan 1 Spider-Verse will also be releasing near the end of the month.
