CDG PLAY Gives This Clean Converse Pro Leather Low A Pop Of Red

CDG PLAY Gives This Clean Converse Pro Leather Low A Pop Of Red

COMME des GARÇONS PLAY and Converse have been prepping highly-recognizable and fun footwear collaborations for more than a decade. Recently, the partners have revisited the low-top Pro Leather for a simple, but compelling style.

Confusingly crafted from canvas, the upper on the newly-released pair takes on an all-white finish. Branding on the sides blends into its surroundings, although its raised profile enables visibility. Underfoot, the old school sole unit also opts for a “colorless” finish that creates a versatile footwear option. The collaboration’s main detail arrives at the toe as CdG PLAY’s iconic heart logo is printed in all its red-colored glory. The figure – and co-branding – is also stamped onto the sockliners, further expanding the storied partnership.

Enjoy detailed photos of the pair ahead, and stay tuned for updates on a stateside launch of the heart-accented shoe.
