Michael Le Much like Nike, New Balance has created their very own holiday: Grey Day. And for this year’s festivities, the brand has prepared quite the collection, one comprised of MADE in USA classics, aged 550s, and even the recently-introduced “Moon Daze” pack, the latter of which includes a new rendition of the Fresh Foam More Trail V3.
Clad predominantly in “Slate Grey,” this newly-revealed Fresh Foam More Trail V3 is dressed appropriately for Grey Day. The aforementioned neutral is used throughout much of the upper, dressing the various mesh panels that lay underneath the reflective trims. “Cement,” then, comes in along the midsole as well as the heel, the latter of which features a texture akin to the hue’s namesake. Finally, New Balance finishes the colorway with a pop of color, highlight the tongue label in a somewhat patriotic palette.
