Black And Volt Liven Up The Nike Air Max Plus 3

Black And Volt Liven Up The Nike Air Max Plus 3

An expressive design decision from The Swooshes’ early 2000s catalog, the Nike Air Max Plus 3 has explored a range of contemporary yet boastful compositions since being revitalized in 2019. Recently, the Sean McDowell design underwent a bit of premium tooling while invigorating a pitch-dark aesthetic.

Switching out its leather overlay for messy ink-grey suede tooling, the remnants of the pair’s real estate come cured exclusively in jet-black shades, save for the crisp white hues worked into the gradient of the TPU strips. Injected with a titular flair in closing, the monochrome base layer allows for the embroidered forefoot Swooshes, tongue branding and Tuned Air logo at the heel counter to shine in vibrant pulses of “Volt” in tandem with the model’s synonymous red and yellow “TN” insignias.

While no release date information has been made available just yet, in the meantime enjoy official imagery of the Nike Air Max Plus 3 “Volt” below.

In other news, the Jordan Stadium 90 debuts next Wednesday, May 12th in its “Sail/Black” colorway.
