PLEASURES Unveils Overdyed PUMA Velophasis Collaboration

PLEASURES Unveils Overdyed PUMA Velophasis Collaboration

PLEASURES and PUMA have recently teased a collaboration on the retro-inspired Velophasis.

Rooted in aesthetics and technological breakthroughs of the early 2000s, the PUMA Velophasis has had a slow start to its release cycle, but Los Angeles-based imprint should help change that. The chunky offering from PLEASURES features an overdyed pink aesthetic that taps into the punk look of much of PLEASURES’ catalog. The new-found partners tout the upcoming collaboration as “A new chapter of future forward footwear…,” despite the Velophasis’ return to the past for inspiration. PLEASURES likely has a backstory to the spring-friendly sneaker, but full details have yet to be released. Nevertheless, the rebellious label further cements itself in the world of footwear with another global player.

Enjoy a quick look at the pair ahead, as you wait for an official launch on June 24th.
