Rounding out the quartet of signature athletes, Trae Young resides as both the youngest and equally explosive scorer within the 3-Stripes family. And come this fall, the recently previewed adidas Harden Vol. 8 and Anthony Edward’s debut silhouette will be joined by the two-time All-Star’s third signature solution with the German sportswear behemoth.
Similar to the latter two installments, the upcoming proposition seems to mirror the topographic aesthetics made popular by Ye’s collaborative Yeezy line. Here, the adidas Trae Young 3 enjoys a geographic treatment across its exaggerated sole unit, starkly contrasting his second shoe’s use of an expansive knit upper. The aforementioned upper seemingly swaps out its stitched sock-like construction in favor of a mesh tooling bearing digitized accents while lace loops have been infused within the 3-Stripes for a secure, locked-in feel.
Early indications slot the pair boasting a bright pink and peach-orange gradient for an early September release with the white and metallic silver effort scheduled for a December drop.
