After much anticipation, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse finally swung into theaters. And according to both fans and critics alike, the sequel was most certainly worth the wait, with many ranking it above the web-slinger’s previous appearances on the big screen. Some — namely, sneakerheads — found even more reason to enjoy the film, as the Air Jordan 1 Stash Utility made a surprising cameo amidst one of the story’s biggest twists.

But while thought to be the franchise’s next release with the Jumpman, this Air Jordan 1 Stash Utility will actually not be releasing to the public. Limited to 100 physical pairs, the collaboration was sent out exclusively to those at Jordan Brand as well as the friends and family of Sony Pictures.

Nicknamed after one of the film’s antagonists, the Air Jordan 1 Stash Utility “Prowler” applies a black-on-purple scheme to an upper predominantly constructed of leather and nylon. The compartments at the side and heel, which are constructed of a dark ripstop, add touches of hot pink by way of the branding and hardware, further likening the colorway to the very villain it owes it namesake.

While we’ll likely never get our hands on a pair, the Air Jordan 1 Stash Utility “Prowler” can be viewed in detail below thanks to images shared by solesavy.
