New Balance’s Made In UK 991 Appears In Cool “Pacific” Suede

Launched in 2001, the New Balance 991 champions the brand’s manufacturing presence in the United Kingdom. Recently, the premium silhouette emerged in a “Pacific” and “Alloy” color scheme perfect for year-round wear.

Pig suede panels around the toe, along the tongue, and across the profiles opt for a deep green tone. By contrast, the underlying mesh and leather components favor shades of white and grey. Most of the heel appears in a pitch-dark makeup that further allows for the titular “Pacific” hue to revel in the spotlight. Underfoot, ABZORB-assisted cushioning gets a New Balance-appropriate grayscale arrangement that also claims real estate up-top.

Enjoy retailer photography of the pair ahead. A stateside newbalance.com launch hasn’t been unveiled yet, but the shoes are already available at select shops overseas.

In related sneaker news, the New Balance 9060 continues to appear in new color schemes.
