Team Jumpman Gives This Kid’s Air Jordan 1 Mid A Clean “White/Black” Makeover

Team Jumpman Gives This Kid’s Air Jordan 1 Mid A Clean “White/Black” Makeover

The Air Jordan 1 Mid is the gift that keeps on giving.

Over the past handful of years, the mid-top silhouette has emerged in countless ensembles that’ve helped cement Michael Jordan’s legacy amongst a younger crowd. A healthy mix of heritage and experimental outfits have made the mid-top Air Jordan 1 one of the most versatile offerings from Team Jumpman. For its latest makeover, the sneaker has taken on a clean “White” and “Black” finish that evokes both original Air Jordan’s and the current unshakeable Nike Dunk trend.

The bulk of the shoe – which is launching in Grade School sizing – is clad in a “colorless” tone that allows for the slightest of contrast to revel in the spotlight. Profile swooshes, “Wings” insignias on the lateral ankle flap, collar underlays, and Jumpman branding on the tongue deviate from their surroundings. A “Black” makeup also takes over the outsole underfoot, rounding out the two-tone retro for kids.

Enjoy a closer look at the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch soon for $90 USD.
