Back in February, adidas Basketball previewed several forthcoming sneakers at their “Remember The Why” event at All-Star Weekend. And alongside appearances from past favorites — such as the Crazy 8 and Top Ten 2010 — the brand unveiled the Crazy IIIninfity, a brand new sneaker that is essentially a successor to the late Kobe Bryant’s signature line-up.
The Crazy IIInfinity begs to question one thing: what if the Black Mamba continued on with the Three Stripes? Boasting a design language reminiscent of the Crazy 1 — albeit more contemporary — the model features a hardshell exterior that runs from the toe through the length of the upper. Stripes, trefoils, and inset detailing are sculpted out from the fixture, which is painted a bright white for what is ostensibly the silhouette’s debut colorway. Elsewhere, black neutrals round out the pair, darkening the zipper-fastened shroud and the standard lace unit underneath.
Enjoy one of the best looks yet at the adidas Crazy IIInfinity right here. These should be hitting select retailers as well as adidas.com soon, so sit tight and stay tuned for further updates.
In other news, a CLOT adidas partnership may be in the works.
