Back in late October 2022, Jordan Brand signed Kira Carroll “Kiki” Rice to an NIL deal. In March of this year, the UCLA Bruin debuted the Air Jordan 38 on court, displaying the brand’s bet on young talent.
Recently, Rice was pictured wearing a never-before-seen pair of the unreleased Air Jordan, further cementing her as an important part of the Jumpman family. The latest Air Jordan 38 abandons the Chicago Bulls-friendly color scheme of the “Fundamentals” offering in favor of a monochromatic orange ensemble. Textile and fabric construction on the upper blends into the yet-to-be-disclosed sole unit, creating a uniform finish.
Enjoy a first-look of the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch before the 2023-24 NBA season begins in October.
