A slept on colorway from the mid aughts, the Air Jordan 7 “Chambray” is being Retro’d for the very first time since its initial appearance over 17 years ago.
Over the course of the last few years, Jordan Brand has taken a deeper look at their archive, ushering back some of the most underrated releases of the last few decades — the Air Jordan 7 “Chambray,” of course, included. And after several months of anticipation, said colorway is finally returning tomorrow, July 15th, in a spec close to that of the original. The shoe features a blacked-out upper, whose leather construction has been treated with a velvety finish. Much of the bottom, lace unit, and adjacent accents are done up in the same neutral shade, while the Jumpman branding, the inner lining, and the detailing along the foxing opt for the titular blue.
Enjoy another look at the Air Jordan 7 “Chambray” right here ahead of the July 15th release. If you’d like to add a pair to your rotation, expect to find them at both Nike SNKRS as well as select retailers.
In other news, the Nike Sportswear Remix Pack is releasing Saturday as well.
