As one of its original toolings from 1973, the Nike Blazer has transpired decades of differing cultural spaces and an equal amount of expressive toolings. Recently, the mid-top model exercised its 1977 vintage tooling with a “Mocha Brown” aesthetic.
The vintage aesthetics land in the silhouette’s crisp two-toned color blocking while expressing a number of worn details throughout the hair suede upper that consumes everything from the quarter overlay to the mudguard and vertical spine. Soft “Off-White” shades compliment the dominant milk chocolate tinted ensemble, providing a lightened touch along the tongue, laces, canvas sole unit and the profile swooshes and heel’s leather fixtures.
