On the last days of 2022, it was initially announced that the hallowed late 80s silhouette was returning in the famed Bulls-esque colorway that Michael Jordan donned on a January night in ’88 against the New York Knicks. This pair as well as a “Black/White” colorway will serve as the base for Billie Eilish’s latest collaboration, with her logos landing in seldom along the insoles. Proffering the Charles Barkley-endorsed efforts staple forefoot strap, Force tongue branding, and ribbed fabric collar, the model’s return after 35 years features a complete lack of aged aesthetics, while vibrant “University Red” and “Black” emanate from the mid-foot Swoosh and tread of their respective styles.
