“Diffused Taupe” And “Plum Eclipse” Take On This Nike Dunk Low

“Diffused Taupe” And “Plum Eclipse” Take On This Nike Dunk Low

Peter Moore’s iconic Nike Dunk Low design continues to appear in fresh styles for its 38th anniversary.

Over the past few months, the old school basketball sneaker has taken on dozens of ensembles via Nike Sportswear and Nike SB, solidifying itself as one of the most popular sneakers on the planet in the process. Recently, the model surfaced in a “Sail,” “Diffused Taupe,” and “Plum Eclipse” color scheme, signaling the eminent autumn season. The muted arrangement of hues deviates from the vibrant and playful outfits that’ve graced the Nike Dunk in recent memory, expanding the sneaker’s understated catalog. The darkest of the aforementioned colors takes over the profile swooshes and “Nike” text on the spine; lighter tones divvy up remaining real estate across the upper. Underfoot, the Air Jordan 1-like sole unit keeps things on-theme, with the midsole favoring an off white finish that injects an “aged” touch into the sneaker.

Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch before winter rolls around.
