Michael Le Born in the early 2010s, the ASICS GT-2000 line produced a range of different models, many of which haven’t seen the light of day in years. But after a lengthy absence of more than a decade, one of the collection’s heroes, the GT-2160, is finally back on the shelves, receiving a drove of collaborative and inline colorways alike.
Originally released in 2011, the ASICS GT-2160 has been all but forgotten for the last dozen years. That’s certainly no longer the case, however, as the sneaker has found its way to much a larger audience, who seem keen to purchase even its GR offerings. It’s highly likely that this newly-revealed “Dark Taupe” pair will receive an equally positive reception, as it sees the runner clad in clean, understated arrangement.
Combining shades of brown with a touch of purple and off-white, the ASICS GT-2160 “Dark Taupe” should be available soon at both select retailers as well as ASICS.com.
