Word of KITH expanding up north has been floating around for some time, though the retailer themselves have yet to share any official details regarding the Toronto storefront. Ronnie Fieg, however, has all but confirmed the rumors, sharing a first look at two commemorative styles of the New Balance 1700.
Likely exclusive to the above-mentioned flagship — which, given the reveal, should be opening its doors very soon — the KITH x New Balance 1700 celebrates the brand’s big move into Canada. The two colorways appropriately draw inspiration from the country’s flag, paying homage to it in two drastically different manners. One pair dresses much of its suede upper in red, while its counterpart uses the bright color as an accent to its more neutral-dominant construction.
