Multi-Colored Layers Add Dimension To The Nike Air Max 1 & Air Force 1

feature image

While titular, multi-color treatments are most notably associated with Nike’s grade school lineup, the Beaverton brand’s latest lifestyle pack is imbued with that and much more.

Taking on the iconic compositions of both the Air Max 1 and Air Force 1 Low, the lifestyle banner adds abstract, wavy detailing to the two-silhouette collection. Draping its Max Air silhouette in a crisp white base layer and the Bruce Kilgore design in black, the color palette is explored in full. Pink, dark mustard, light green, red and sky blue fill each silhouette with a fervor; reserving the full-length mudguard on the AM1 for a clad greyscale treatment. What’s more, the colorful composition is amplified through a playful collection of vectored circles and colorful splotching.

The Nike “Multi-Color Layers” Pack can be seen in detailed imagery below while we await further release details.
